Leigha McNeil hit the KPRC 2 Houston airwaves Monday in her new role as morning traffic anchor, and the NBC affiliate really rolled out the Bayou City red carpet for her!
McNeil received a welcome from former Channel 2 reporter Danielle Grossman, now the Director of Strategic Communications for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, plus a surprise newsroom performance by the Bayou City Brass Band.
Viewers had been asking me when McNeil was debuting on KPRC, and now we know. The station announced her hiring from WWL-TV Channel 4 in New Orleans back in September.
