Mike McVay, a 2025 Radio Hall of Fame inductee and one of the industry’s most respected broadcast consultants, has joined Houston-based SuiteRadio as a strategic advisor to help elevate and expand the company’s lineup of original broadcast programming.

He is the President of McVay Media, a full-service consulting firm specializing in content creation, radio programming, network and syndication strategy, podcast development, digital content, talent coaching, and innovative media strategy design. McVay also consults across the entertainment sector, focusing on video, digital, audio, music artists, and record labels. His client list includes Disney+ and National Geographic.

Most recently, McVay served as Executive Vice President of Content and Programming for Cumulus Media and the Westwood One Radio Network. In that role, he oversaw programming for more than 500 Cumulus-owned radio stations as well as Westwood One’s national network and syndication operations. His responsibilities also included podcast content, digital distribution, content creation, and leadership of the company’s programming education initiatives.
A highly regarded talent coach, McVay works with personalities, programmers, and content creators to master the art of entertainment, audience growth, and brand maximization.
