"I am so excited to share that I’ve joined the HTown Morning News team at CW39 as their newest meteorologist," Gutleber posted.  "So grateful for this opportunity. I can’t wait to explore Houston and bring you your forecasts!"

Gutleber arrives in Houston after serving as the weekend meteorologist and multimedia journalist at KATU 2 Portland, Oregon.

She started her career with WNWO NBC 24 Toledo, Ohio, as a meteorologist. In addition to her role in Toledo, Allison also forecasted for audiences in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Pennsylvania, and Flint, Michigan.

Gutleber graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology and Atmospheric Sciences. While at Penn State, she sharpened her on-air skills presenting for student-run broadcasts, including Weather World and Weather or Not, and hosted the live broadcast for Penn State’s famed Dance Marathon, “THON.”
