Faith Douglass left the KLBK Lubbock in September 2024 where she was a sports reporter/anchor.
"My time as a sports reporter has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember and it has been so much FUN," Douglass posted.
Douglass left the TV biz and returned to her alma mater of Texas Tech to work as a recruiter.
As a student, Douglass worked for Raider Vision, co-hosted an independent podcast about Tech football and interned with Bradey King at KCBD 11.
Ryan Compeau takes over as KLBK sports director from Nexstar Media Group's sister station KLST San Angelo, where he was in the same position.
