93.3 KQBU flipped today from simulcasting Latino Mix 104.9 KAMA to become TUDN 93.3 FM "Your Station Of Champions" simulcasting 1010AM KLAT.
TUDN is the only Spanish-language sports programming on Houston radio.
Cesar Procel is hosting “Encanchados,” a two-hour sports radio show airing on both TUDN 93.3 FM and 1010 AM, Monday through Friday from 10am to 12pm.
Born in Houston, Procel grew up in both Mexico City/Michoacan and the Bayou City. He moved back to the US permanently in high school and graduated from the University of Houston.
Procel joined the Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation's promotions department in 2000. Two years later, Porcel became a cast member of the “Raul Brindis Show,” serving as a producer and co-host for over 20 years.
Locally, TUDN Houston will air exclusive Spanish-language coverage of the Astros (MLB), Houston Dynamo (MLS), Houston Rockets (NBA), and Texas A&M Aggie football. It will also air network soccer simulcasts of Liga MX, MLS, UEFA Champions League, and the Mexican and US men’s and women’s national teams, among others.
