Suzanne Boase Honeycutt joins KSBJ

Former KPRC 2 anchor Suzanne Boase Honeycutt joins KSBJ and NGEN radio as Director of Community Relations

KSBJ welcomes Suzanne Boase Honeycutt as its new Director of Community Relations.

To say Boase Honeycutt’s life has been filled with adventure is an understatement.

Before joining KSBJ and NGEN radio, she spent several years as a news anchor and reporter covering everything from tornadoes to terrorism and working in pharmaceuticals as a specialty sales rep and trainer.

Boase Honeycutt was born in Melbourne, Australia, and moved to Houston when she was ten years old. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in broadcast journalism.

Her tenure in news comprises vast experience, including her work at KPRC-TV in Houston where she covered 9/11 and the Andrea Yates capital murder trial.

Before that, she worked at KFOR-TV in Oklahoma City where she was the first reporter on the scene of the Oklahoma City bombing.

Boase Honeycutt also enjoys managing public relations activities for several charities and the community.

In her role at KSBJ and NGEN radio, Boase Honeycutt will be the liaison between the stations and community partners.

She is looking forward to immersing herself into the community to help build awareness about KSBJ and NGEN radio and the ministry the stations strive to achieve.

To contact Boase Honeycutt with inquiries about partnering with KSBJ Educational Foundation, please reach out to her directly at 281-446-5725 or email at CommunityRelations@ksbj.org.

About KSBJ

On the air for over 35 years, KSBJ is Houston’s leading listener-supported, non-profit, non-commercial contemporary Christian music radio station.

The purpose of KSBJ is to be the voice of hope connecting people to God, through Christian music, community outreach and events.

As a listener supported radio station, and a long-standing member of the ECFA, KSBJ’s ministry is managed by a group of volunteer men and women from across the Greater Houston area, who serve as members of its Board of Directors.

The board members represent diverse denominations, backgrounds and professions to provide oversight, direction and accountability for the ministry.

KSBJ can be heard on 89.3 FM (North/East of Downtown Houston) and 96.9 FM (South/West of Downtown Houston). For more information about KSBJ and additional frequencies, visit www.ksbj.org.
