Lynnanne Nguyen joins KDFW FOX 4 as a general assignment reporter, announced station Vice President and News Director, Robin Whitmeyer. Effective, April 25, 2016, Nguyen will report for various station newscasts.
In making the announcement, Whitmeyer added, “In her work and in the community, Lynnanne is tactical and compassionate. These attributes have helped her find and tell important news stories and we can’t wait for her to bring them to FOX 4.”
Most recently, Nguyen served as a reporter for WHBQ FOX 13 Memphis. Prior to that, she was a video journalist at KWQC for Illinois and Iowa. She began her career as a medical watch intern WGN TV in Chicago.
A graduate of Northwestern University, Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism and International Studies, with a social science concentration in psychology.
Nguyen added, "Dallas and its surrounding communities have a treasure trove of stories waiting to be told. I can't wait to start sharing these stories with KDFW viewers every day.”
