The Gaston LeNôtre Scholarship is pleased to announce its 2010 Honoree as Ms. Cleverley Stone. Cleverley knows her way around a menu! She’s been writing about Houston’s dining since 1995 and sharing her love of food, wine and dining on the radio since 2003. "The Cleverley Show" currently airs on Saturdays at Noon on CNN 650 Radio News in Houston. She also contributes to Houston's Fox 26 Morning News on Fridays, sharing restaurant news and talking with chefs and celebrities as they cook delicious dishes. Cleverley is the chairman and founder of Houston Restaurant Week, the city's largest annual charity dining event held in restaurants all over the city, benefiting the Houston Food Bank.

Its mission is to grow an endowment and raise funds for scholarships, to make accessible quality, hands-on training and culinary expertise to underprivileged students aspiring to a rewarding career.
