This, a new digital TV offering that features MGM movies, children’s programs and classic dramas and sitcoms, will debut Dec. 1 in Houston as one of KPRC’s (Channel 2) digital stations.Barron reports that some of the programs on the channel will include The Misfits, They Call Me Mister Tibbs, Diggstown, The Terminator, The Three Amigos and How to Stuff a Wild Bikini, plus episodes of the Patty Duke Show, Mister Ed and The Outer Limits.
This will replace the NBC WeatherPlus signal that currently airs on KPRC’s digital signal 2.2 and at channel 320 on Comcast cable. It is a joint venture of MGM and Weigel Broadcasting Co., which owns stations in Chicago and Milwaukee. READ THE REST
