Some have called this TV weather promo for an News 9 Oklahoma station too much. Well, it is certainly the most cinematic TV promo I have ever seen. It actually looks like the movie Twister. In fact, it looks like a clip from 24, but Jack Bauer never shows up.How much cash did KWTV drop on this?
