Let me add to Michael's discomfort

And talk about what many consider the worst movie ever made.

Manos: The Hands of Fate (1966)

I'd read about this movie several times and wanted to see for myself, and I finally located it on YouTube as an episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000.

If you have about 90 minutes to devote to a classic of bad cinema, here's the link:

Watch "Manos"

The movie is chopped up into 10 parts on YouTube (you actually don't get to the movie until Part 2 of 10... Part 1 is opening BS and a lame Chevy in-house training film from the 40's). As I'm sure you all know (this is a bright crowd), just follow the links to the next part as you go. And since it's from "MST3K", it comes with commentary. It's probably the only thing that makes it somewhat viewable.

I'll say this: the "filmmaker", an El Paso fertilizer salesman, really liked shots of driving.

Entertainment Weekly did a nice piece on the movie a couple years ago:

EW; The Worst Movie Ever Made

Here's the IMDB site:

(Michael, make sure your stomach discomfort has resolved itself before watching.)
