is retiring from BarTab, looks like I will have to get my new Houston bar/club news from the
Houston Business Journal?:
XO Bar & Lounge has opened in a shuttered downtown eyeglass repair shop.
The bar, located at the corner of San Jacinto and McGowen, is named after the XO "extra old" label that cognacs and brandies get once they are aged for 25 years or more.
XO Bar & Lounge offers a selection of cognacs and brandies along with an extensive wine list.
And about Walker, he has a plea for someone to take his job. So if you are interested in blogging about bars, clubs and other debauchery for the Houston Chronicle,
