Last Friday when I first blogged about KHOU 11's Avenida Studio in downtown Houston making its first appearance on air, I missed the story right under my nose.

When I took a screen capture of the new studio's outside, I notice the KHOU 11 logo looked different.
At the time, I thought maybe it was to match the rest of the look of the George R. Brown Convention Center (GRB) where the new studio is located.
This week, I was talking to an anchor at another station who said she noticed the new logo being used by channel 11 staff in the field.
Then I noticed Newscast Studio wrote a post that KHOU had started using a new logo on social media.
However, the old logo is still on khou.com.
For those keeping score, the old one debuted in 2011 according to my old post.
New logos, satellite studios, changing morning shows with H-Town Rush, future new main studios - all of KHOU's changes are keeping me interested in blogging!
