Jalelah Ahmed joins FOX 26

Jalelah Ahmed joins FOX 26 as a general assignment reporter, announced station Vice President and General Manager D’Artagnan Bebel. Effective May 31st, she will report on various station newscasts.

Most recently, Ahmed worked as a crime reporter for the Centre Daily Times newspaper in State College, PA. She previously served as an international and national weathercaster gaining on air experience with an international cable news network. Prior to that, Ahmed was a television, radio, and web reporter for AccuWeather in State College PA. She began her career as a news intern for WTAJ-TV in PA.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Ahmed holds a double major Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Journalism and the College of Liberal Arts in International Studies.
