Kayla Ayres returns to Houston at KPRC 2 from KRQE NEWS 13/KASA FOX 2 in Albuquerque

According to her Twitter account, Kayla Ayres is now the 6 and 10pm anchor at FOX 46 WJZY-WMYT Charlotte, NC.

Kayla Ayres has popped up on Houston TV screens over at KPRC 2 as a reporter.

This is a return to Houston for Ayres. How do I know? I remember when she interned at KTRK abc13 back in 2008 to 2009.

Most recently, the Boston University grad has been working as a Multimedia Reporter/Anchor at KRQE NEWS 13/KASA FOX 2 in Albuquerque.

Before that, she was at WBOC Dover, Delaware as a video journalist.

Besides the KTRK internship, she also spent time learning the ropes at the U.S. Department of State and WHDH-TV Boston.
