As Texans come down from Tuesday night's political buzz, we learn from some Houston TV reporters covering the election, there was some kind of an incident at Lt. Governor elect Dan Patrick's watch party involving the media.
Nice! Just got assaulted by someone live on air.

According to Fox 26 KRIV reporter Isiah "Factor" Carey AKA The Insite, who snapped a photo on his phone, Kallergis was allegedly shoved while on air at Lt. Governor Elect Dan Patrick's Houston watch party. Apparently, the male and female Patrick supporters accused of trying to stop Kallergis from broadcasting, were angry the reporter went live on channel 13 during a prayer.
Houston Chronicle photographer Smiley Pool also got a shot of the incident you can see here.
Luckily for Kallergis, KTRK reporter Deborah Wrigley was there to protect him from the man according to Carey. Wrigley told Carey that a woman called her a "f------ b----."
Since the event apparently happened live on KTRK, if anyone has a clip, send it to me.
UPDATE 11/10/2014
Mediaite has picked up the story and has the KTRK footage.
I have asked Patrick Chief of Staff Logan Spence and KTRK for comment. If/when I hear back, I will post the responses here.
