Filmmaker Todd Jason Cook is filming the movie Zombiefied in Houston. It could be the sign of movie production returning to Texas.
I remember in the early 2000s, Houston was the home for a lot of VH1 movies. I field produced a story for Shara Fryer on the set of Warning: Parental Advisory starring Jason Priestley of Beverly Hills 90210 fame. It was being shot at city hall. Dee Snider of Twisted Sister was there and looked just as he did at the PMRC hearings in the 80s. I was star struck.
