I first reported last week that former Houston meteorologist Gene Norman was possibly returning to Houston from Atlanta. Then someone commented on my post that he was coming to KHOU.
Now the Chronicle is reporting it. To give the Chronicle credit, they did get it out of Channel 11 that Dr. Neil Frank is retiring his post.
