Wouldn't it be cool if you could read a Houston City Council blog? It would have to be by someone who had some real inside access. Someone who could get face time with the Mayor or council members.
It would also be cool if this blogger could go inside the state capitol and give their observations during legislative sessions.
This would be a dream come true.
