If you scan the Houston radio airwaves and have problems finding something you like, here is something for you.
A man who has seen it all. Former on air talent Dave. E. Crockett has worked at KIKK-FM and KLDE-FM among others and now has a podcast. And let me tell you, he ain't afraid to dish the dirt and talk about what he thinks of the FM band's current state.
It's interesting to listen to an industry expert's take on broadcasting, but let me warn you, there is some colorful language. That's why I couldn't feature it in 13 Clicks when I used to write that feature.
I like that he is a pro and has embraced podcasting. If anyone knows of another radio pro out there who produces their own Houston podcast leave a comment.
