TVSpy reporting that KEYE investigative reporter Lisa Leigh Kelly is leaving the station for an Austin PR firm. The site adds she'll still work at KEYE as a freelancer. First time I've heard of a PR person freelancing in TV.

Russ "The Weird Beard" Knight passes away
Russell Lee Moore, better known in the broadcast industry as Russ "The Weird Beard" Knight, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2012. Russell was a radio personality at many stations throughout the United States, but his most memorable stints were as The Weird Beard on KLIF in Dallas and KILT in Houston, Texas.
