KPRC 2 grabs Mark Boyle from WFTV 9 Orlando

KPRC 2 reporter Carl Willis is heading to Atlanta's WSB and now reinforcements are starting to show up at the Houston NBC affiliate.

Fresh off the Casey Anthony trial, Mark Boyle, 26, will be the latest reporter to hold a KPRC 2 mic flag. Boyle is still wrapping up his gig at Orlando's WFTV 9.

According to his WFTV bio, Boyle started with the station in August of 2008. Before that he was a reporter for WWSB in Sarasota. He is also a graduate of the the University of Florida's College of Journalism and Communications. In addition he interned at Good Morning America and the Today Show.

Boyle told the Orlando Sentinel's Hal Boedeker that he is leaving WFTV on July 22 and will start in Houston on August 1.
