Veronica Odom named Director of Human Resources for KHOU 11, KENS 5

If you want a job at Belo owned stations KHOU 11 in Houston or KENS 5 San Antonio, now you know who to contact. The company announced Veronica Odom has been promoted to Director of Human Resources for both KHOU and its sister station KENS.

Odom joined KHOU in 2006 as the station’s Human Resources Manager. Before that she spent seven years with Verizon Wireless as a Human Resource Consultant.

Odom is a Certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and belongs to several professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resources Management Association and HR Houston. She has more than 10 years of experience in HR and holds a bachelor’s of business administration from Texas Southern University in Houston.
